Job Title: Multi-Trade Plumber - Facilities & Environmental Services Location: Working on local council social housing stock (various sites) Pay Rate: 26.00 per hour Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday) Van Supplied | Uniform Provided | Fuel Card | Trade Card About the Role: We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi-Trade Plumber to work within the Facilities & Environmental Services division, carrying out plumbing-related work on local council social housing stock. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with a strong background in plumbing and additional multi-trade skills, who is comfortable working in both occupied and void properties. Key Responsibilities: Carrying out plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance on social housing properties Working on both reactive and planned works Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within set timescales Delivering excellent customer service to tenants and residents Adhering to all relevant health and safety procedures What We're Looking For: Proven experience working in social housing repairs (SH experience required) Strong plumbing skills with the ability to complete work independently Additional multi-trade skills are advantageous Good communication and time-management skills Essential Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing (or equivalent) Full UK Driving Licence (to operate company van) What's Provided: Company van Fuel card Uniform Trade card Stable, ongoing work within a supportive team If this position is of any interest to you, apply today or contact Zach on: 01772 208 966 Zach.Jordan@servicecare.org.uk
