Job Description
Subcontractor Position
Due to an increase in workload, we are seeking a multi-trade subcontractor to join our team and work on a range of our projects, including kitchen installations, major/responsive repairs and maintenance works, and damp work.
We are seeking someone who is a team player, enjoys varied works and has experience in the following:
General construction/building Bricklaying Plastering Joinery
Our projects involve working for local councils and housing associations, on tenanted properties and working on planned programmes. Experience in working in such fields is preferred, but not essential.
Applicants must be willing to show initiative, be reliable and work to strict deadlines.
Rate of pay is to be discussed with senior management.
Schedule:
8am-5pm, Monday to Friday
Licence/Certification:
CIS Registered (required) Own vehicle (required) Own tools (required) Public and Products Liability Insurance with a cover of at least 2million (required) CSCS (preferred) Training in Asbestos Awareness, Working at Heights, Manual Handling and COSHH Awareness is essential, however, if you do not have these, we will provide online training in these areas.
A DBS Check may be required due to the nature of work.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: 100.00-200.00 per day
Schedule:
8 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday
