The Role
We are looking for a
Multitrader
to provide reactive day to day repair in residents' properties, aiming to achieve a first time fix where possible or managing the resident expectations and ensuring a follow on service is provided.Responsibilities
As a Multi-Trade Operative, your responsibilities will include:
Carpentry and Joinery - Fitting doors, Carpentry Repairs and kitchens Plumbing - Fitting bathroom suites, Plumbing Repairs Plastering - Whole rooms, Patch Repairs & ceiling Decorating - Painting walls, ceilings and woodwork
Experience and Skills
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications, experience, and attributes:
You'll be a talented multi-skilled trades person. Knowledge of onsite working practices and site safety. Good people skills are a must. Motivation to do a great job ensuring the customer is always happy with the work Good problem-solving skills the ability to complete work to deadlines an understanding of building regulations
