Job Description
We're looking for a reliable and skilled (role 1) multi-skilled tradesman and (role 2) carpenter to join our growing team at DC Building Services Limited. These roles involve working across a variety of high-end residential projects, including full home renovations, extensions, new builds, kitchens, bathrooms, and general building work. You'll be expected to work to a high standard with good attention to detail, and be comfortable with both independent work and being part of a team. Additional hours and weekend work is sometimes available.
What We Need:
Role 1 - experience in tiling/plastering/bricklaying across extensions, new builds and renovation projects
Role 2 - minimum carpentry level 2 city and guilds with carpentry experience. First and second fix carpentry.
Ability to assist with general labour and other building tasks when needed.
Own transport and tools.
Flexible and reliable with a good work ethic.
Willingness to learn new skills if needed.
Examples of previous work are essential.
Able to work in customers homes with good communication skills.
