Job Description
We are seeking
dedicated and detail-oriented Mushroom Pickers
to join our team. As a Mushroom Picker, you will be responsible for harvesting mushrooms from our growing houses, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining efficiency in the picking process.Responsibilities:
Hand-pick mushrooms with care to maintain product integrity Sort and grade mushrooms based on size, shape, and quality Trim, clean, and prepare mushrooms for packaging Maintain cleanliness and organization in the working area Meet daily picking targets and quality standards Work efficiently as part of a team
Requirements:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Physical stamina to stand and sit for long periods and perform repetitive tasks Previous experience in mushroom picking or agricultural work is a plus but not required
