Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Warehouse picker & Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team in handling materials efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making up customers orders whilst also operating forklifts to load, unload, and move items within the warehouse.
Duties
- Make up customer orders and build on pallets
- Operate forklifts to transport materials within the warehouse
- Load and unload goods from vehicles using forklifts
- Inspect and maintain forklift equipment
- Assist with inventory control by keeping accurate records of goods moved
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment
Requirements
- Experience in shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations
- Proficiency in forklift operation
- Ability to handle heavy lifting
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems for tracking inventory
- Basic mathematical skills for inventory counts and load calculations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From 27,000.00 per year
