Job Summary


We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Musical Teacher to inspire students. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons across various musical theatre, singing & drama disciplines, and supporting students' musical theatre development. Duties



Plan and deliver comprehensive lessons tailored to students' ages and skill levels. Develop customised lesson plans that incorporate a variety of teaching methods and styles. Assess students' progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to encourage improvement. Organise and supervise practical activities, including rehearsals, solo performances, and shows. Maintain a safe and positive learning environment that promotes creativity and confidence. Prepare students for performances as required. Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum content

Skills



Proven expertise in Musical Theatre teaching.. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to plan engaging lessons that meet curriculum standards. Strong communication skills to effectively connect with students &team. Ability to motivate and inspire students, fostering a lifelong appreciation for MT. Flexibility in teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles. PVG & FIRST AID must have or willingness to obtain.
Job Type: Part-time

Expected hours: 2 - 5 per week

Work Location: In person
