at a primary school near West Malling. This role gives children the opportunity to explore singing, acting, and movement while building confidence, teamwork, and performance skills in a fun, supportive environment.
The club runs
Wednesdays, 3:30pm - 4:30pm (1 hour per week).
Key Responsibilities
Lead and engage a small group of primary-aged children in musical theatre activities.
Plan and deliver enjoyable, age-appropriate sessions combining singing, acting, and movement.
Encourage creativity, confidence, and enjoyment in performing.
Communicate effectively with school staff and, where appropriate, parents regarding children's progress.
Ensure the space and any equipment are organised, safe, and ready for each session.
Experience & Skills
Experience teaching musical theatre, drama, or performing arts to children in schools, clubs, or similar settings.
Ability to inspire and engage young learners in a structured yet fun environment.
Strong English communication skills for effective interaction with children, parents, and staff.
A background in performing arts, theatre, or teaching is highly desirable.
