We are looking for a
myBlend Training & Events Coach
to support our myBlend business across the UK.
About the Job
You will play a key part in developing and delivering engaging commercial training programs that motivate and empower myBlend Beauty Coaches and Retail Store Partners to seize every sales opportunity. Through a blend of virtual, digital, and face-to-face training, you'll inspire excellence and elevate the customer experience at every brand touchpoint. Working closely with in-store teams, you'll ensure the myBlend brand consistently delivers personalized, best-in-class beauty services while meeting and exceeding commercial KPIs.
Essential qualifications:
At least 3 years customer service and sales experience within the beauty industry
Full UK driving licence
Commercially aware with exceptional client focus gained from within beauty or luxury retail industry
A proven track record in achieving sales and key business KPI's alongside exceptional customer experience
Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate, coach, inspire and enthuse others to achieve business goals
Strong time management and organization skills with the ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
Nationally Mobile - extensive travel and staying away from home required
