It is responsible for major brands like Muller Corner, Mullerlight, Muller Bliss, Muller Rice, FRijj and Muller Kefir Smoothie and produces chilled desserts under licence from Mondelez International. It also supplies the UK private label yogurt market from a dedicated, state of the art yogurt facility.


National Account Executive - Private Label (12-Month Fixed-Term Contract)

We're now looking for a commercially driven and highly organised

National Account Executive

to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role will focus on supporting our strategic partnership with

a key private label retailer

, one of the UK's fastest-growing retailers, with a particular emphasis on

project management and cross-functional collaboration

.


Your Role:



As a National Account Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the Senior National Account Manager (SNAM) in delivering profitable growth and operational excellence across the account. You'll be responsible for managing key projects, driving execution, and ensuring Muller continues to deliver best-in-class service and innovation to our customer.


Key Responsibilities:


Project Management

: Lead and support the end-to-end delivery of retailer-specific projects, including new product development (NPD), range changes, and promotional initiatives.

Customer Collaboration

: Act as a key point of contact for the account, supporting the SNAM in building strong, trust-based relationships with the buying team.

Cross-Functional Leadership

: Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Category, Supply Chain, Finance, NPD) to ensure alignment and timely execution of customer plans.

Performance Analysis

: Monitor and analyse sales performance, EPOS data, and market trends to identify risks, opportunities, and actionable insights.

Forecasting & Demand Planning

: Work closely with the demand planning team to ensure accurate forecasting and optimal stock availability.

Commercial Administration

: Maintain customer systems, manage invoice queries, and ensure accurate and timely data management.

What We're Looking For:


Proven

project management

skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders. Strong

analytical and numerical

skills - confident working with data to drive decisions. Excellent

communication and relationship-building

abilities. Proficiency in

Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

. Experience in

FMCG

,

retail

, or

private label

environments is highly desirable. A proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative mindset. A full UK driving licence is required.
