FRAZER (part of STARK) is a leading provider of specialist civils, infrastructure & utilities products and solutions , and is on the hunt for a National Account Manager to work with our clients within the South East of England.


Location: This role will involve regular travel to our clients within the South East of England .

Key responsibilities:

Work closely with the National Account Director to shape and evolve our sales strategy and value proposition across the business. Develop trusted relationships with internal teams, customers, and suppliers to deliver outstanding service and drive growth. The National Accounts you will manage will mostly be made up of construction contractors or house builders. Understand customer needs deeply and identify opportunities to enhance our products and services. Use data analysis to monitor business performance and uncover ways to improve results. Identify and pursue opportunities with new, lapsed, or dormant customers through .

Skills and experience

required

Full UK Driving license . E xperience managing regional or national customer accounts . Previous experience within a builder's merchant or with building materials, is preferred. Experience working within sales and account management . Ability to think 'customer first' at all times and translate a customer proposition into tangible plans through influencing and engaging is essential . A good understanding of digital sales tools and systems . A bility to think strategically and translate into actions . Strong relationship management and networking skills . Ability to influence and Negotiate at all levels .
