National Account Manager
to join our friendly, dynamic, growing team in the heart of Norfolk.
About the Role
As
National Account Manager
, you will be the key point of contact for some of our largest retail and foodservice customers. You'll be responsible for developing strategic partnerships, delivering on commercial targets, and identifying growth opportunities.This is a key position working with multiple functions both internally and externally including, supply chain, distribution, planning, technical, product development, agriculture, finance and marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop key accounts, ensuring excellent service and profitable growth.
Build strong, long-term customer relationships at all levels.
Identifying and implementing growth strategies and opportunities.
Monitor performance, negotiate terms and lead contract renewal.
Work closely with internal teams to deliver against customer expectations.
Reporting of sales and marketing information, presentations, and other related administration requirements.
Forecast sales, track KPIs and prepare regular account reviews.
Manage the supply chain from order forecast to delivery.
Product development of existing and new products including packaging.
Represent TNP at customer meetings, trade events and industry forums.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience of managing business to business (B2B) customer accounts or similar commercial role.
Food industry experience preferred but not essential.
Strong commercial acumen and confidence in data analysis and negotiation.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and travel across the UK as required.
Motivated and tenacious.
Attention to detail.
High level of numeracy.
Strong personality.
Passion for the food industry and a collaborative mindset.
Educated to at least A-level or equivalent.
Valid driving licence (due to rural location.)

Location & Hours
Based in Norfolk; own transport highly recommended due to rural location
Full-time Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00 (47.5 Hours per week)
