In this role, you will focus on acquiring new corporate, leisure groups and TMC clients, managing and growing existing national accounts, securing commercially sound agreements, and representing the brand at key industry events. You will be responsible for delivering sustainable revenue growth and ensuring our portfolio of current and new hotels remains competitive and compelling to our customers.

Duties & responsibilities
New Business Acquisition
Proactively identify, target, and secure new corporate and TMC customers nationally.
Develop tailored proposals and presentations that meet client needs and position our hotels as the preferred choice.
Lead negotiations to close new contracts and partnerships, ensuring commercially viable agreements aligned with business goals.
Account Management & Growth
Manage a portfolio of national corporate, leisure agents and TMC accounts, acting as their main point of contact.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.
Deliver growth within existing accounts by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Conduct regular business reviews with accounts, presenting performance insights and strategic recommendations.
Forecasting & Reporting
Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reporting.
Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to inform strategy and identify opportunities.
Commercial & Contracting
Negotiate competitive and sustainable commercial agreements that deliver value to both the business and the client.
Ensure all contracts reflect current rates, terms, and conditions, in line with company policies.
Brand Representation
Represent the company at industry exhibitions, trade shows, networking events, and client meetings.
Act as an ambassador for the brand, showcasing our current and future hotel portfolio and promoting our values and service proposition.

Required skills
Proven track record in national account management and new business acquisition, preferably in the hospitality, hotel, or travel sector.
Strong knowledge of the corporate, leisure agents and TMC landscape, with established contacts being an advantage.
Excellent negotiation and commercial acumen with the ability to structure win-win agreements.
Confident communicator and presenter, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders internally and externally.
CRM experience and knowledge an advantage.
Highly organised with strong forecasting, planning, and reporting skills.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively.
Flexibility to travel nationally as required.

Achieve agreed annual/new business revenue target from newly signed corporate and TMC accounts.
Number of new corporate and TMC contracts signed per quarter/year.
Conversion rate of qualified leads/proposals into signed agreements.
