The business manufactures and distributes to leading garden, DIY and online retailers across the UK and Ireland.

The Role



This is a permanent home based position with UK national travel required including site visits to our Head Office in Pollington Goole. You will be responsible for managing the AMES Drop Ship program across multiple marketplaces and key online retailers. The main objective of the role is to grow sales and profit across the account base in line with the UK operating plan. This is a unique role that provides significant opportunity for growth, we are only at the very beginning of the online journey and require an individual to lead us to the next level.

A typical day in your role will involve:

- Managing Marketplaces to maximise listings, content and drive relevance of listings.

- Working with online customers to secure ranging of the Drop Ship program.

- Develop UK Online and Marketplace long term strategy for growth.

- Work closely with Product and Marketing to develop UK Drop Ship program to expand offer and launch new categories.

- Work closely with UK Customer Fulfilment and Operations teams to provide exemplary customer service.

- Develop drop ship processes to drive efficiency, reduce costs and deliver excellent customer service.

- Providing weekly and monthly forecast updates for customer base.

- Managing and keeping up to date ranging, pricing, forecasting, EPOS, accruals, P&L files, Advertising ROI measures etc.

About You



We're looking for someone who:

- Has 3-5 years of National Accounts Online and Marketplace experience

- Has a strong personality and is results driven

- Is very resilient and Customer focussed

- Has a can-do positive attitude that can bring a vision to life

- Flexibility to working hours and ability to travel

- A degree or professional qualification will be advantageous

Pay: 45,000.00-50,000.00 per year
