KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

Reporting to the Senior NAM, you will be responsible for expanding as well as looking after the existing customer base while maintaining customer pricing and engaging with culinary teams. You will primarily be responsible for managing a portfolio of national group accounts within the Contract Catering, Hotels and Restaurants sector, engaging with clients, and driving sales growth. Lead and manage all customer contracts, including managing pricing and category growth. Ensure excellent customer service throughout with supportive, accurate communication and good administration practices. Collaborate with all internal departments : Marketing, Food Team, Supply Chain, Finance and operations to ensure customer requirements are achieved. Ideally from a National Accounts background, with previous experience in the food industry. Confident to pick up the phone and drive sales with various types of people The ability to build strong customer relations Excellent verbal and written communication skills A competent, practical ability with computers Strong numerical skills A drive to succeed amidst a fast moving, challenging environment A flexible approach to work with effective organisational and time management skills The ability to use your own initiative with approach to your tasks and deadlines An interest in the food / restaurant industry
