We have a great opportunity for a National Account Manager - Frylight to join our passionate Sales team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing the Oils Business Unit, holding P&L responsibility for high-profile accounts, and promoting effective cross functional relationships.


YOU'LL MAKE CONTRIBUTIONS THAT MATTER BY...



Developing, negotiating, and delivering annual business plans in line with SDUK strategy and brand plans across a multitude of customers, playing an integral role in commercial negotiations. Playing a lead role in the UK and international expansion of the Frylight business to deliver strategic plan objectives Delivering volume and margin performance to agreed budget levels across total portfolio. Developing annual internal Customer Plans, that are converted into external joint business plans. To work closely as part of a cross functional team (leadership) to maximise the distribution of core Skus and effectiveness of promotional activity. Developing and managing a multitude of customers and building long lasting relationships at all levels and functions. Identifying and developing new sales opportunities.

YOU'RE BEST SUITED FOR THE ROLE IF YOU ARE...



Experienced in Account Management preferably within an FMCG company, ideally having either branded or ROL experience. Experienced in managing a portfolio of customers and identifying opportunities and winning new business. Experienced in being involved of the joint business planning process, developing / implementing promotional plans. A practiced negotiator, with developed influence and impact skills. Knowledgeable of the industry with an appreciation of structure, key relationships and retailer strategic direction. Results oriented and not afraid to learn from mistakes. Tenacious and self-motivated.
