What You'll Be Doing
Hunting for new business:
Identify and secure new clients, driving growth in key sectors.
Owning your pipeline:
Build, manage, and convert leads into long-term partnerships.
Winning deals:
Deliver tailored pitches, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
Being the face of the business:
Build lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Collaborating for success
: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client onboarding.
What You'll Bring
5+ years' experience in B2B sales, ideally in fire, security, or electrical systems.
Strong technical quoting or estimating experience.
Deep knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
A solid track record of hitting or smashing targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Highly self-motivated, organised, and great at working independently.
Nice to Have
Degree in Business, Engineering, or similar.
Experience in social housing, healthcare, or hospitality sectors.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics.
Market-savvy with a sharp eye for emerging opportunities.
