Sanctuary provide in-house repairs and maintenance services for an extensive portfolio of properties across Sanctuary organisations. National Compliance Administration Officer




Worcester based with a balance of home and office working




24,831 - 26,138 per year




35 hours per week - Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 17:00pm




We have a position available for a National Compliance Administration Officer to join our National Compliance Team, which comprises of over 50 members of staff, covering a wide range of compliance areas which inc. Gas, LOLER, Water Hygiene, EICR, Fire Safety and Fire Risk Assessments. You will be responsible for providing efficient and comprehensive support and administrative services to the team. A full training programme will be offered with development opportunities available to grow as a professional within Sanctuary.


The role of

National Compliance Administration Officer

will include:




Ensuring gas certificates are checked and are compliant in order to keep our customers safe Checking salient points on a certificate and processing on our SAP system, contacting customers directly Updating and maintaining databases when services have been completed Supporting the regional teams by ensuring accurate and timely information is collated, prepared and presented to ensure regulatory and other standards are continuously met or exceeded Supporting the management and maintenance of relationships with internal and external stakeholders, residents and contractors Identifying any shortfalls in service delivery and ensuring they are dealt with appropriately, including investigating and responding to complaints Assisting with the arranging of meetings including information preparation, minute taking and follow up administration and ensuring an effective record keeping

Skills and experiences:




Some experience of producing and analysing quality statistical information Recent experience of undertaking a similar role Good organisational and planning skills Proven experience of working to deadlines and prioritising workloads Strong communication, interpersonal and customer care skills Proficient user of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams
