We're now looking for an experienced National Contract Delivery Managerto join our team on a Full Time Permanent basis. This role offers full-time hours (36.25 hours per week)
About the role
Progress Housing Group is seeking a skilled and motivated National Contract Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of planned investment works and maintenance services across our national property portfolio. This includes homes within general needs, independent living, Progress Living, and Reside with Progress schemes. The successful candidate will ensure programmes are delivered efficiently, with a strong focus on value for money, statutory compliance, and customer satisfaction.
This agile role involves managing the operational delivery of external contractors, overseeing planned improvements, major works, and compliance activities. You'll lead a team of two Contract Surveyors, fostering a high-performing, safety-focused culture and ensuring consistent service quality. The role also includes procurement, budget management, and performance monitoring, with a strong emphasis on continuous improvement and collaborative working.
We're looking for a confident and experienced leader with a solid background in property maintenance and investment programmes, and excellent contract management skills. You'll be a key representative of Progress Housing Group, working flexibly across home, office, and community settings, and making a meaningful impact on the lives of our customers through the delivery of high-quality housing services.
What We Are Looking For
To be successful in this role, you should have:
Experience in leading service delivery and contractor performance across operational areas.
A proven track record in supporting and developing teams to meet targets and improve outcomes.
Ability to monitor KPIs and produce performance reports.
Experience in driving process improvements and service innovation.
Maintaining strong stakeholder relationship skills
Ability to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and customer standards.
A collaborative and adaptable approach to working with customers and colleagues
A full UK Driver License with use of your own vehicle.
