We're gearing up to launch an exciting new project in the coming weeks and are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to join the team.


Given the fast turnaround, we're particularly interested in candidates who are immediately available or have a short notice period.

Requirements



Must have skills



Portfolio management

- End-to-end delivery ownership of multiple complex technical workstreams working to time, cost, quality and scope.

Agile methodologies

- A comprehensive understanding of Agile principles and practices and the ability to coach and uplift teams

Risk management

- The ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks before they become issues across complex delivery landscapes. Know when to escalate.

Dependency management

- Exceptional skill at mapping and managing dependencies across teams, workstreams, and external factors in the most complex scenarios

Forecasting

- Extensive experience creating and maintaining strategic roadmaps that balance ambition with reality, often across multiple large initiatives

Prioritisation

- Excellent judgement in helping teams focus on what matters most and deliver maximum value, even in highly ambiguous and complex situations

Stakeholder management

- Outstanding at building relationships and managing expectations across diverse and senior stakeholder groups at all levels

Transparency

- Extensive hands-on experience in Jira, and with a proven ability to rapidly adapt to and utilise alternative delivery and service management tools (e.g. ServiceNow, Azure DevOps). Skilled in producing and presenting high-quality reporting and insight packs to support transparency and governance.

Communication skills

- Clear, empathetic, and effective communication across all levels, from technical teams to C-suite, with the ability to influence at the highest levels

Conflict resolution

- The ability to navigate complex disagreements constructively

Multitasking

- Skilled at managing multiple concurrent workstreams and priorities while maintaining quality, focus, and alignment across teams and stakeholders.

Team morale bolstering

- A supportive leader who fosters motivation, cohesion, and resilience, ensuring teams stay engaged and perform at their best even under pressure.
