Role: National Field Sales & Events Manager

Location: East Midlands (Hybrid)

Salary: 45,000 - 55,000 DOE + performance bonus

Connect to Evolve is partnering with a fast-growing consumer brand in the D2C and e-commerce space, seeking a

National Field Sales & Events Manager

to lead their national field and events sales strategy.

This is a high-impact role at a key stage of the company's growth - managing a nationwide network of brand ambassadors and driving customer acquisition through events, partnerships, and pop-up activations. You'll combine strong operational execution with a commercial mindset to ensure every event delivers measurable growth and a standout customer experience.

What will you do?



Lead and scale a national team of freelance Brand Ambassadors and field representatives. Own the planning, logistics, and delivery of events, ensuring consistent brand representation across all locations. Drive customer acquisition and conversion through engaging in-person sales experiences. Recruit, onboard, and coach Brand Ambassadors to achieve sales and quality targets. Develop and implement efficient field sales processes, tools, and reporting frameworks. Set and track sales KPIs, budgets, and ROI -- partnering with Finance to forecast and optimise performance. Collaborate closely with Marketing and Growth teams to align messaging, promotions, and regional strategies. Continuously analyse event performance data to identify new opportunities and refine approach. Champion the customer experience, ensuring every interaction strengthens brand loyalty.

Knowledge and skills required



Proven experience managing field sales teams or ambassador programmes - ideally within consumer goods, D2C, or subscription-based businesses. Strong commercial acumen with experience working to sales targets and managing budgets. Confident team leader with a track record of coaching, motivating, and developing people. Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Data-driven and comfortable using insights to drive decisions and measure success. Strong communicator with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments. Energetic, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Passion for creating memorable customer experiences - and ideally, a love for great products and people.
