The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Field Sales Manager to lead our regional sales team within the industrial door and loading bay solutions sector.
You will be responsible for developing and executing our national sales strategy and driving growth across new and existing markets.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you will work closely with regional sales teams, and senior leadership to deliver outstanding customer solutions across commercial, industrial, and logistics sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Regional Sales Managers across the UK.
Create and execute a strategic regional sales plan to achieve growth in revenue.
Drive the acquisition of new business in target regions and business sectors.
Collaborate with the operations teams to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Monitor performance metrics to ensure profitability and consistent pipeline management.
About you
Proven experience in sales management, preferably but not essential within the industrial door, loading bay, or related industry.
Strong leadership and coaching abilities, with experience managing multi-regional sales teams.
Excellent commercial awareness and negotiation skills, with a focus on solution-based selling.
Confident communicator with the ability to influence at all levels.
Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and capable of interpreting sales data to drive performance.
Fully mobile and willing to travel nationally (expect 3-4 days per week in the field).
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years' experience in B2B sales management.
Valid UK driving licence required.

Hours Of Work:
Basic 40-hour week, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday. Overtime as required.
