We are a small growing business seeking a motivated and professional

Field Service Engineer

to join our team. Based from our headquarters in Aylesbury, this role involves servicing and repairing our range of specialist equipment--primarily across the South of England--and supporting nationwide installations. Equipment includes the

AlterG Anti-Gravity Treadmill

and a variety of gym and rehabilitation systems.

Experience in servicing or repairing

medical

or

fitness equipment

is highly desirable, though full training will be provided. Above all, we are looking for someone with excellent customer service skills and a strong commitment to completing tasks to a high standard.

The ideal candidate will be able to plan their workload effectively and work independently while on the road. The position will involve some travel and overnight stays--typically

5-6 nights per month

, although this may vary.

You will report directly to the Engineering Manager. The role includes the use of a company van, a competitive salary, and additional benefits such as access to our on-site gym and optional
