What you'll be doing




As National Installation Service Manager, you'll empower our teams to deliver operational excellence while creating a seamless experience for our clients.


You'll take ownership of:

Leading end-to-end delivery of B2B installation projects, ensuring deadlines, quality standards, and client satisfaction are consistently met Shaping operational plans, budgets, and resources with precision and pace Partnering with Sales and Commercial teams during tenders to guide design feasibility and service innovation Overseeing customer care, resolving escalations with empathy and impact Promoting best practice and compliance across all Health & Safety operations- from training to audits and legal standards Building high-performing teams through recruitment, coaching, and performance leadership - motivating others to exceed expectations Harnessing tech tools like FSM and ProjX to manage delivery and support process improvements Reporting on KPIs that drive service quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction Applying commercial acumen to reduce costs and boost efficiency Acting as a trusted voice and subject matter expert across internal and external stakeholder groups

Who we're looking for



A solid track record in leading operational teams, ideally within installations, project delivery, or customer care A passion for creating a customer-first culture that aligns with values and elevates brand reputation Proven leadership experience, coaching teams with purpose and performance in mind Sound knowledge of Health & Safety, with a proactive and inclusive approach to compliance Commercial awareness and an understanding of installation processes or kitchen sales Relationship-building skills that create trust and impact at every level The confidence to operate independently and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams Full UK Driving licence
