Job description
Act as a conduit between Saica Pack and Customer National contacts, to ensure that medium term sales plans are in place for all assigned customers, to participate in contract negotiations and price renewals, to establish annual sales forecasts and to co-ordinate with national and European Sales Co-ordinators to ensure that customer requirements are met.
Utilise the tools within the SSS to plan, implement, monitor, report and optimise the accounts of assigned customers, working effectively with the EKAM, CSD and other Saica stakeholders to deliver results
Engage with and support the activity of Senior Innovation Managers to deliver customer innovation projects, product launches, trials, etc.
Support own personal development as well as the development of account teams in own area of responsibility
Work closely with assigned Customers and with EKAM and Country Sales Co-ordinators to ensure clear marketing plans which take into account the explicit and implicit needs of the client.
Experience
3-5 years sales management experience
