National Marketing Manager
to elevate our brand, drive engagement, and champion club performance across the country.
About the Role
This is a senior, hands-on role where you'll take ownership of our national marketing strategy -- from digital campaigns and brand development to driving footfall and supporting local club activity. You'll report to the Operations Director and work closely with Operations, Agencies, and our internal Marketing Partner.
Key Responsibilities
Lead national marketing strategy, working cross-functionally to drive commercial performance.
Manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and in-club promotions.
Oversee brand positioning, customer journey improvements, and creative content delivery.
Monitor SEO, SEM, and website performance with the support of external partners.
Align with operational priorities to support underperforming clubs and optimise impact.
Own the marketing budget, agency relationships, and campaign ROI tracking.
What We're Looking For
2+ years in a senior marketing position, ideally in leisure, sport, or hospitality.
Strong digital marketing knowledge (SEO, PPC, CRM, social media, content).
A proven leader -- comfortable managing people, agencies, and large-scale campaigns.
Commercially focused, data-driven, and strategically minded.
Creative thinker with high attention to detail and brand consistency.
Desirable
Experience with CRM and automation tools (e.g., Klaviyo, CMS).
Knowledge of the football or sports entertainment sector.
CIM or equivalent marketing qualification.
