Hours of Work:
Monday - Friday. 7:30am - 4:30pm / 8.30am - 5.30pm rotating weeks. Wednesdays working remotely from home.

LGUK are looking for an energetic, organised and professional hire controller to join our team here at head office, working in close proximity to the Commercial Manager and Commercial Director, you would be looking after the company's largest, national customers.
The Lifting Gear UK Group,
National One Call Controller (Key Account Hire Controller)
is responsible to the LGUK Commercial Manager for the following:
General
Dealing with any general B2B enquires from new customers received via phone or email
Raising quotations for customers on the Commercial quotation template
Follow up on any quotations to ensure we maximise every opportunity
Liaising with branches to organise deliveries and collections of equipment
Chasing branches on their enquiry / contracts page to ensure their comments are updated
Assisting the Commercial manager with costing on any large pricing tenders
Day to day administration
Any other tasks the manager may ask for assistance on
Key account management
Managing key account contracts, on hire, off hire and fixed hire dates.
Quoting both hire and sales nationwide.
Raising DNF Damage reports and submitting to clients
Chasing customers on quotations and growing relationships with buyers etc.
Updating the tracker excel sheets
Managing key account contracts, on hire, off hire and fixed hire dates.
Completing IEO order forms and sending to depot to arrange.
Branch advice / Updating sales stock
Ensuring correct and most suitable equipment is quoted by depots
Assisting with company branded specification sheets if required
Updating branch sales stock lists within branch files
Amending costs and sales prices in branch files and on Insphire of required
Supplier negotiation
Dealing with suppliers on large sales orders
Negotiating the best possible costs to maximise profits
Supplier comparison when required, pricing exercise across various products
