National Key Account Co-ordinator

Are you a dynamic, and driven individual looking to take the lead in putting the customer at the heart of everything we do?



A core part of our strategy is to put the customer at the forefront of our business, and our National Key Account Office processes all orders/quotes for our Key Accounts, managing that customer journey along the way.



The role can be a hybrid role with some home working, remote working within a customer manufacturing plant and out of our

Smethwick/Birmingham

branch.

What you'll do

You will be working alongside a team of colleagues to manage a selection of the Key Accounts, who are responsible for very large projects within the UK. You will work closely with the Key Account Directors and Managers to ensure we are quoting competitively and to win. You will spend some time working alongside one of our largest key accounts within their office space to provide an all round service gaining knowledge of the products they use, the projects they work on, and liaising with the branch on deliveries/requirements.

Customer Service/Sales experience (building relationships)


Experience of F2F customer service within the industry or similar
