Location:

Anywhere based in the South of UK (Must have ability to work across a Southern National Remit via Car).

Pay:

42.5K-45K DOE + 5,400 Car Allowance

Are you an experienced operations leader with a passion for delivering excellence across multiple sites? We're looking for a

National Operations Manager

to take ownership of day-to-day activities across a major account with a national remit, with a team of Campus Coordinators you will manage activities across a large-scale account, delivery exceptional operations day to day, attend client operations meetings and drive measurable impact across corporate sites.


The

National Operations Manager (North & South)

has national remit and will split a role by North and South (2 roles), although you will take ownership for one geography, you will need insight to the alternate, to cover holidays and any leave and maintain relationships across sites. Working closely with the National Account Director to maintain service excellence everyday.

What you'll be doing:



Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple sites within your region (North or South). Ensure all operations are delivered in a cost-effective and compliant manner. Manage and mentor Site Coordinators and operational teams. Implement and enhance operational management systems, processes, and best practices. Plan and manage material procurement, inventory, and stockholding efficiency. Formulate strategic and operational objectives aligned with client and business needs. Monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial performance to improve profitability. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Perform quality control checks and monitor KPIs to maintain service excellence. Recruit, train, and develop staff to build high-performing teams. Identify and implement improvements in customer service quality. Attend client operational meetings and act as a trusted partner. Collaborate with internal departments including Sales, Service, Technical Support, and Compliance. Prepare and submit accurate, timely reports to senior management. Promote and uphold company values of Integrity, Vigilance, and Helpfulness.


Qualifications

What you'll need:



Valid UK driving licence and passport. Proven experience in operational management. Robust client relationship skills with a results-oriented approach. Excellent communication skills, able to engage across multiple cultures and levels. Ability to organise workload effectively, work under pressure, and meet deadlines. Proven track record of achieving targets. Right to work in the UK. Five-year checkable employment history (or documentary evidence for any gaps). Ability to embody and uphold core values:
