We're looking for a National Sales Executive to take joint accountability of our top accounts and seek out strategic new opportunities that align with our growth plans. What You'll Do:

Key account management with regular on-site visits and proactive engagement. Drive new business opportunities and identify upsell potential within our core customer base. Report directly to the Directors, providing insights on trends, opportunities, and sales performance. Hit ambitious sales targets, supported by a transparent and rewarding commission structure. Collaborate with internal teams to share insight, manage credit risk, and ensure operational alignment. Maintain accurate CRM records, and take full ownership of your diary.
What You'll Need:

Proven experience in sales, with a strong track record in B2B selling. Solid understanding of the timber or staircases industry (highly desirable). Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage a full sales pipeline. Excellent communication, influencing, and reporting skills. Self-motivation, resilience, and an independent approach to managing time and targets. Full UK driving licence (essential).
