Primary Responsibilities:
Drive new and repeat business bookings from group organisers, meeting individual targets.
Maintain and expand the customer base in regional areas across the UK.
Explore new destinations by attending Familiarisation Trips to broaden our offerings and enhance product knowledge.
Consistently meet or exceed sales and profit targets set by the Manager.
Report daily and monthly sales metrics and operational updates to the Manager.
Participate in ad-hoc client visits with the manager as required. Note: These visits are unpaid but contribute towards potential commissions.
Administer efficient service, sales, and customer support to ensure consistent business growth.
Exemplify passion and belief in the Group sales department, promoting a positive work environment.

Cultivate long-term customer relations, ensuring client needs are met and exceeded.
Drive outbound sales and inspire team members to achieve collective goals.
Stay updated with the competition and leverage every sales opportunity.
Deliver both proactive and reactive services, ensuring trust and loyalty from all clients.
Meet departmental profit targets consistently.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during trips, being available for operational concerns.
