ABOUT THE ROLE
Are you a skilled and experienced Business Development Manager looking to take your career to the next level? Select Group, a top Security Services Specialist in the UK, is seeking a new Business Development Manager to join their growing dynamic team.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with the Sales Director to develop and implement strategic sales plans, ensuring the continued success of the business.
WHO YOU ARE
The Successful candidate will be the driving force behind our new Sentinel Pod, a WOW product that is custom built to solve the main customer issues within the Vacant Property Industry.
To excel in this role, you will need:
To have a proven track record of success in business development
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
A strong understanding of the Vacant Property solutions market.

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar Business Development role
Full UK Driving Licence
Excellent customer service skills
Right to Work in UK
Proficiency with Microsoft Office packages
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
