TELL ME MORE ABOUT THE ROLE? Customer-focused, the role is centred on providing excellent standards of service and aftercare, ensuring efficiency and driving profitability. The role involves deployment of field service technicians according to customer demand, developing systems and processes which streamline workflows and provide data to ensure continuous improvement. The role requires a calm temperament, with excellent task management and people skills.

WHAT EXPERIENCE AND QUALITIES DO I NEED?

• You\'ll have first class customer service skills, with an excellent ability to understand customer requirements, act quickly and prioritise jobs accordingly
• Your interpersonal and team leadership skills will be well developed, with evidence of good people management abilities
• You\'ll ideally have a background in agricultural machinery, with technical and engineering knowhow key features of your career to date
• Excellent communication skills are a must in this fast-paced role
• Experience in warranty processes would also be preferred
• You\'re well organised, can plan and schedule according to workload demands, and can react to time-critical situations
• You\'ll have good all-round IT skills including MS Office and CRM, and look to further use of IT systems to improve performance
• You should reside in or be prepared to relocate to Norfolk, and possess a clean UK driving licence
