TSM Technical is recruiting on behalf of a well-established provider of industrial and commercial door solutions. Our client is looking to appoint a results-driven Business Development Manager to support ongoing growth across the UK.
Role Summary
This is a field-based position where you will be responsible for generating new business and developing relationships with clients in the industrial, commercial, and construction sectors. You will manage the full sales cycle, from identifying leads to closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively identify and develop new sales opportunities
Manage the full sales pipeline, including lead generation, proposals, and negotiations
Conduct site visits to assess customer requirements and propose tailored solutions
Build long-term client relationships to support repeat business
Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts as required
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure high levels of customer service
Candidate Profile
Demonstrated experience in business development or sales within the industrial or commercial door sector
Strong technical understanding of door systems and related products
Comfortable operating independently and managing a remote workload
Effective communicator with excellent negotiation and presentation skills
Organised and target-driven
Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel as required
