Apave UK is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an NDT Trainee. This is an excellent opportunity to begin a career in Non-Destructive Testing within the aerospace sector, with full training provided to achieve industry-recognized certification.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Perform x-ray inspections on aerospace castings and weldments using both conventional and computed radiography techniques.
Follow verbal and written instructions accurately to ensure inspection quality and compliance.
Participate in structured training programs to achieve EN4179/NAS410 Level 1 certification in both film and non-film radiography.
Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to all relevant safety regulations and procedures.
Work under the guidance and supervision of certified Level 2 and Level 3 NDT technicians.
