About the Role
We are looking for individuals with a background in counselling, coaching, mediation, divorce law, negotiation or conflict resolution to mediate and establish a solution to our customers divorce issues they might find hard to solve amicably.
You will be trained to specifically handle the psychological, legal and process aspects of our customers divorce. You may give legal or financial information, advice on children arrangements or emotional support to make the divorce process as kind as possible. You will follow the amicable divorce process and keep the couple in collaborative discourse, avoiding court proceedings and ensuring the divorce, financial and children agreements are made within the time and meeting schedule.

As a Negotiation Divorce Specialist, you will:

• Help customers settle their divorce using the amicable process and without court proceedings,
• Establish an atmosphere of honesty and cooperation, communicate with amicables tone of voice (simple, concise, laymans terms, warmth and xe2x80x98can-do),
• Identify and respect both peoples goals where applicable,
• Be available and responsive to customers and establish clear boundaries about your availability and communication methods,
• Complete amicable documentation accurately to ensure accurate information is collected for filing court documents,
• Support customers to negotiate with each other, provide emotional guidance and support,
• Have a pipeline of sales calls and proactively work on booking sales calls and closing sales,
• Liaise with amicables service providers to ensure a seamless service to our customers.

You will join a supportive and progressive team focused on outputs rather than hours spent at a desk.

Requirements:

• Law degree,
• Experience of working in family law and particularly in divorce and financial remedy in England and Wales.
• Background in counselling, coaching, mediation, divorce law, negotiation or conflict resolution,
• Ability to inspire confidence, mediate and lead the divorce process,
• Emotional resilience and the ability for self-care,
• Facilitation skills to run effective meeting,
• Confidence to confront difficult subjects and disruptive or resistant behaviour,
• Organisational skills to project manage the divorce process,
• Sufficient IT competence to be an effective digital communicator,
• Good verbal and written communication skills,
• Attention to detail,
• Self-motivation, ability to plan, manage and take accountability for your own workload,
• Right to work in the UK.

• Salary: Full time: 350,000 - 360,000 per annum depending on skills and experience,
