Assist in the planning and execution of community events and activities to foster neighborhood engagement and cohesion.
Serve as a liaison between residents and local authorities, addressing any concerns or issues that arise within the community.
Support the implementation of neighborhood improvement projects, ensuring timely completion and community involvement.
Maintain accurate records of community interactions and activities for reporting purposes.
Provide administrative support to neighborhood committees and boards as needed.
Person Specification
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse groups of people.
Organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Proactive and resourceful, with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently.
Experience in community development or a related field is preferred but not essential.
Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as required by community events or meetings.
