We've established a dedicated team focused on Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) and Neighbourhood Management, working as part of our Housing Residential Services. We're looking for a Neighbourhood Housing Officer to join us in delivering a proactive and effective response to ASB and our neighbourhoods
In this role, you'll be a visible and approachable presence across our estates, dealing with a range of issues including harassment, noise complaints, and tenancy-related concerns. Your proactive, solution-focused approach will help you achieve the best outcomes for our tenants.
You'll play a key role in early intervention and prevention, helping to reduce ASB through clear communication and by setting expectations with residents. When needed, you'll lead on multi-agency responses, supporting victims and working with alleged perpetrators to encourage positive behaviour change.

You will care deeply about community wellbeing and takes pride in helping people feel safe and respected in their neighbourhoods. Whether you're engaging with residents, working alongside colleagues, or collaborating with partner agencies, you bring clarity, compassion, and a problem-solving mindset to everything you do.
You may already have experience in social housing, anti-social behaviour casework, or perhaps your background is in policing, community safety, or another frontline service. What matters most is your attitude: if you're driven, values-led, and eager to learn, we'll support your development every step of the way.
A full, clean driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential for this role.
What you'll be doing:
Engaging with residents to build positive relationships and resolve issues.
Managing tenancy breaches, using informal or formal tenancy action
Preparing cases for legal action.
Taking witness statements and working with solicitors.
Staying up to date with housing regulations and best practice.
Using ICT systems confidently and learning new tools quickly.
Prioritising a varied workload in a fast-paced environment.
