The role of Neighbourhood Housing Officer (Non-Social) is to support the Neighbourhood Manager in the development of policy and procedures for non-social housing properties as we continue on our growth journey. Responsible for the day to day management and delivery of an excellent service for customers residing in non-social housing properties, including Leasehold, Rent to Buy, Market Rent and Shared Ownership.
Role Summary
This role will be responsible for the management of all non-social rented homes within Cobalt Housing.
As Neighbourhood Housing Officer (Non-Social) you will work closely with our Development and Sales Teams ensuring that our customers receive a seamless transition and excellent customer service.
The Neighbourhood Housing Officer (Non-Social) will maintain effective working across the business and will support the development of relationships inside and outside the organisation.
The Neighbourhood Housing Officer (Non-Social) will be the 'go to' person for all work streams for non-social customers
Be an advocate for non-social rented customers.
