Neighbourhood Investment Manager

Job Description

At Midland Heart, our Tenants are at the centre of every decision we make and maintaining tenant satisfaction within our communities is paramount. We're now looking for a Neighbourhood Investment Manager to lead the delivery of estate-based improvements and community-focused initiatives that enhance the quality of our neighbourhoods, promote safety, and support long-term tenancy success in our existing and future intervention scehmes.



In this pivotal role, you'll bring together insight, collaboration, and innovation to shape and oversee projects that improve the places our customers call home. From coordinating environmental upgrades to championing customer engagement, your work will ensure we're delivering services that are responsive, inclusive, and truly value for money.



Your key responsibilities will include:



Delivering a Tenant-Centric Service :

Ensure tenants' views and priorities are central to all decisions, projects, and communications.



Collaborative Working :

Partner with internal teams across property services, tenancy services, and commercial departments to deliver joined-up, effective interventions and community improvement plans.



Enhance Community Safety & Wellbeing :

Help lead on local lettings plans, crime and anti-social behaviour initiatives, and programmes aimed at increasing the feeling of safety and security for residents.



Project & Change Management :

Ensure initiatives remain on track in terms of budget, scope, and timelines, using data to drive improvements for our tenants.



Aid Tenancy Sustainment :

Develop and implement proactive strategies to understand and reduce tenancy failures through targeted neighbourhood, estate, and property interventions.
