to join our team and take ownership of tenancy management across our estates. You'll play a key role in maintaining safe, well-managed communities by conducting estate inspections, managing tenancy issues, and engaging with residents to ensure high standards of living and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular estate inspections and maintain accurate records, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Ensure buildings and systems meet statutory and fire safety requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors to uphold building safety.
Engage residents in maintaining safety measures and promoting good housekeeping.
Lead on resident engagement strategies in line with regulatory requirements.
Manage decants from start to finish, ensuring effective communication and cost control.
Handle tenancy management including ASB, safeguarding, hoarding, and breaches, escalating where necessary.
Provide expert advice and support to residents on tenancy matters.
Represent A2Dominion at court hearings, case conferences, and external forums.
Identify and escalate risks to building safety and challenge unacceptable practices.
Monitor contractor performance and provide feedback to stakeholders.
Work with the service charge team to ensure accurate and transparent financial reporting.
More about you
GCSEs (Grades A-C) in Maths and English or equivalent.
Strong IT skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, and data analysis.
Proven experience supporting diverse and vulnerable residents.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of housing law, welfare benefits, and financial inclusion (desirable).
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes
