Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sports coaching and teaching, with the ability to inspire and motivate individuals to reach their full potential. This role involves working closely with athletes of various skill levels, providing guidance, support, and expertise to enhance their performance and enjoyment of the sport.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement training programmes tailored to the needs of individual athletes and teams. Conduct regular training sessions, ensuring a safe and positive environment for all participants. Provide constructive feedback and encouragement to athletes, helping them improve their skills and techniques. Attend competitive matches and support decisions in team selection, and on court rotations. Foster teamwork, sportsmanship, and a love for the sport among all participants. Communicate effectively with athletes, and other stakeholders regarding progress and development.

Requirements

Proven experience in sports coaching or teaching is essential. Strong knowledge of the sport being coached, including rules, techniques, and strategies. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and motivate individuals of all ages. Ability to work flexible hours, including Monday evenings and Saturdays as required by match times. A commitment to fostering a positive learning environment that promotes personal growth and development. Relevant coaching qualifications or certifications are advantageous but not mandatory. Pay: 250.00-400.00 per month
