Contract \xe2\x80\x93 3/4 Months

\xc2\xa3350 \xe2\x80\x93 \xc2\xa3400 per day (outside IR35)

UK Based \xe2\x80\x93 Remote working (London Office once per month)

Role Profile: NetSuite Trainer

Purpose

As part of the onboarding of newly acquired schools into the Cognita systems framework, a highly skilled and motivated NetSuite Trainer is required to join the NetSuite Implementation Project Team. The expertise of the trainer will play a critical role in optimising Cognita\xe2\x80\x99s use of NetSuite performance and helping the schools to make the most of their NetSuite implementations.

Key Accountabilities

  • Design, develop, and update training materials, documentation, and curriculum for NetSuite end-users.
  • Conduct engaging and informative training sessions/workshops for the school Finance Team on various NetSuite modules, including financials, procure to pay, order to cash, fixed asset management, advanced revenue management and reporting.
  • Adapt training programmes to meet the specific needs and requirements of different user groups within the school.
  • Provide ongoing support and assistance to end-users, addressing questions, troubleshooting issues, and offering guidance to maximize efficiency and productivity.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback sessions, and make necessary improvements to enhance the learning experience,
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT and Finance to align training initiatives with business objectives and organisational goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of training attendance, feedback, and progress to track the success and impact of training initiatives.
  • Actively seek feedback from trainees and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement in the training programs and training delivery methods.

Person Specification
