Job Description

We are currently seeking to recruit a Network Engagement Analyst on a fixed term basis to cover maternity leave to join the team at the Volkswagen Group National Learning Centre in Milton Keynes (Wymbush). We work with all VWUK brands (Audi, Volkswagen, VW Commercial Vehicle, Seat, SKODA and CUPRA, Trade Parts and Accredited Repair Centres) to deliver training to drive network retailer business performance.

Reporting to the Network Engagement Team Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for analysing relevant performance and learning and development data from VW systems to identify current progress and opportunities to drive overall performance for the National Learning Centre. This involves working alongside two customer-facing teams, Training and Development Specialists (TDS) and Delegate Support Coordinators as well as the wider customer experience team. You will deploy data and insight to report and forecast on our performance, identify opportunity and risk and prioritise engagement with under qualified Investor Groups as well as work on streamlining campaign and reporting activity through simplification and automation. Your focus will be on assisting the Network Engagement Team Manager and wider team to improve the Volkswagen Group Network qualification percentage, achieving the contractual target of successful qualifications and course utilisation and provide high quality and timely responses to requests for assistance from the network.

Key Responsibilities



Working with the Network Engagement Team Manager and TDS team, you will analyse investor feedback and performance data to identify opportunities and risks, provide detailed reports and propose the necessary actions to address underperformance or highlight opportunity. You will create and maintain a performance forecast, distributed to all relevant stakeholders. You will be the guardian of report requirements for the team, identifying requirements for new reporting and creating briefs for the reporting team to build into our business intelligence tool. You will monitor existing reports to ensure that they continue to provide the correct insight in the right format to support changing business needs. You will be the go-to resource in the team for all ad hoc scenario based re-planning of activity in response to changing business needs Working with the teams you will identify and coordinate activity that simplifies and automates our outbound contact campaigns, our reporting and, where possible, our inbound contact management You will build and maintain excellent relationships with the wider customer experience team and Brand teams to drive engagement, support business initiatives and provide insight on network engagement.

About You



Previous experience in a business analysis function or role where this is a predominant requirement. Commercial awareness, critical thinking and ability to make decisions and implement at pace. Highly numerate with experience of performance analysis, scenario planning and forecasting as well as creation of data driven strategic planning. Excellence in creating high quality reports and presenting them to stakeholders with recommendations. Range of experience in using tools to build reports, analyse data such as Excel Power Queries, MS Power Automate, Power BI etc. Confident to be able to influence stakeholders through presenting information and insight. Self-motivated and results driven. Highly adaptable with high resilience and an advocate for change. Confidence to challenge the status quo and have the resilience to be challenged. Excellent communication skills. Excellent organisational skills. Understanding/experience of motor trade retail (Desirable). Understanding/experience of learning & development service provision (Desirable).

Salary & Benefits:

Up to 37,000 dependant on experience. Working Hours:

Monday to Friday / 40 hours per week

Place of Work:

VWG National Learning Centre, Wymbush, Milton Keynes.

We currently operate hybrid working with at least 60% of time in the National Learning Centre with the opportunity to work up to 40% remotely. Time spent in the office may change. There will also be times when it may be necessary to work from alternative locations, e.g. VWG facilities and retailers, and other sites as necessary to perform the role.
