Network Performance & Engagement Lead

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Network Performance & Engagement Lead to support site activations and engagement with our valued customers. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our EV charging networking by being part of a cross functional team focussing on tariff management, customer comms, activation campaigns and site launches.


This role requires somebody comfortable with switching agendas regularly and working in a fast paced operation to deliver results when it comes to network charging usage uptake.

, some of the tasks you will do are listed below:

Working closely with our Data, Customer, Marketing and Operations teams to get actions delivered that you identify will be suitable based on your own analysis Improving processes when reviewing the end to end site activation processes Keeping an eye on our EV charging network dashboard when it comes to utilization trends and working with management team on recommendations for growth Ensuring that new sites in the pipeline are being planned effectively Reviewing poor performing sites to drive better performance Work with our clients and drivers through email, app comms and phone calls where needed to gauge opportunities we want to trial

Are you?

We are seeking candidates with previous experience in a similar role, as well as the following qualifications:



A self starter, a real go getter in planning your day to get things done effectively High energy and passionate about delivering results and making an impact in a start up environment Comfortable working through data analysis as well as holding strong interpersonal skills Passionate about the EV transition and the renewable sector in general Commercially minded and disciplined in holding a process to account
