Location: Belfast (covering all of Northern Ireland)

Salary: 30,000-40,000 (depending on experience)

What You'll Be Doing

Installing and configuring Wi-Fi, CCTV, access control and smart home systems across Northern Ireland Designing network layouts and security setups for both homes and businesses Troubleshooting and maintaining installed systems with remote and onsite support Collaborating with a friendly, fast-moving team that loves problem-solving Keeping up to date with the latest tech from Ubiquiti, Hikvision and other leading tech partners

What We're Looking For

2+ years experience in IT, networking, telecom, or cabling installation A practical mind with good fault-finding and customer skills Confidence working with cabling, networking gear and hand tools Full UK driving licence (you'll be on the road quite a bit) Enthusiasm for smart tech and a willingness to learn -- training provided!

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Network / Security Engineer or similar role in cybersecurity. Strong understanding of firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and other security technologies. Familiarity with network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and operating systems (Windows, Mac). Experience with security systems such as HIKVISION, Pyronix Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH, UNIFI) are highly desirable. Excellent analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset. Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
