backup and disaster recovery
strategies, testing recovery procedures.
2. IT Support & Service Delivery
Provide
2nd/3rd line support
to clients remotely and onsite, ensuring tickets are resolved to SLA.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across
Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and cloud services
.
Assist with the deployment and maintenance of client infrastructure (servers, switches, routers, Wi-Fi, and VoIP systems).
Manage onboarding/offboarding of client users, including security access and permissions.
Maintain and update documentation in the CRM and IT asset management system.
3. Project Implementation
Work on infrastructure upgrade projects including
network installations, cloud migrations, and VoIP rollouts
.
Assist in designing and delivering
secure network architectures
for new and existing clients.
Support the sales team with
technical pre-sales advice
and solution design when meeting prospective clients.
4. Contribution to Business Growth
Identify and recommend upsell opportunities (cybersecurity upgrades, hardware replacements, new services).
Provide feedback on recurring client issues to improve service packages.
Contribute to
client satisfaction
and retention, helping to grow our monthly recurring revenue.
Skills & ExperienceEssential:
Minimum 3 years in IT support (2nd/3rd line) and networking roles.
Strong understanding of
firewalls (UniFi, Mikrotik, EdgeRouter, Fortinet)
and VPN configurations.
Experience with
Microsoft 365 administration & security
.
Solid understanding of
network protocols, VLANs, routing, and switching
.
Cybersecurity knowledge (EDR, MFA, phishing protection, compliance requirements).
Excellent problem-solving skills and customer service focus.
Desirable:
Certifications such as
CompTIA Security+, CCNA, Microsoft Certified: Security Administrator, or similar
.
Experience with
penetration testing tools
and security audit processes.
Previous work in an MSP environment.
Familiarity with
hardware-as-a-service
and recurring revenue models.
