Our Rehabilitation Support Workers are comprehensively trained to work alongside our neuro-therapy team to implement goals and strategies as we see people regain lost skills and confidence in order to move onto a more fulfilled life. We are incredibly passionate about what we do and don't need people with vast care experience as in-depth training and mentoring is provided by our amazing team. What we need is a variety of different types of people who are kind, grounded and proactive, who love working in a positive, creative team.

The role would suit both individuals looking for a complete career change or those looking working towards a career in Social Care, Neuro-Psychology, Neuro-OT, Neuro-SLT or Neuro-physiotherapy.

Who is Ariya Neuro Care?

Ariya Neuro Care supports individuals with an acquired brain injury to regain their skills, confidence and independence, with the aim to return home or to more independent living. Rated 'Outstanding' in all 5 areas by CQC, which is a very rare achievement Investors in People - Platinum, which is the highest level of Investors in People accreditation. Shortlisted for Investors in People UK Employer of the Year Award (Platinum 50-249 people). Rated the highest domains in all areas on the Headway ABI approved provider scheme.
This is a residential role working at either our central Rotherham service or Worsbrough, Barnsley service.

We prefer to promote internally and have excellent career development opportunities to support you in your role, including monthly staff awards and a management training programme.

This role is on a rota basis, which includes evening and weekend work. It will include some personal care, depending on the needs of the people in the service.

Bank/occasional, part time and full-time contracts are available.

No uniform is required.
