We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven New Business Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, creating and developing new business opportunities, fostering relationships with potential clients, and driving growth through effective sales strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in B2B sales and business development, with a keen understanding of technology sales and marketing especially in the telecoms sector.
Responsibilities
Self motivated to achieve targets
Identify and target potential clients by door knocking on local businesses.
Conduct cold & warm calls to engage prospects and introduce our products/services, setting meetings and organizing your diary.
Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations.
Utilize negotiation skills to close deals and achieve sales targets.
Manage accounts post-sale to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Utilize ACT! CRM for tracking leads, managing client interactions, and reporting on sales activities.
Experience
Proven experience in business development or B2B sales, preferably in technology or telecom sales environments.
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
Familiarity with using CRM software for managing client relationships.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
Strong analytical skills to assess market opportunities and develop actionable strategies.
