Bike Assist Legal is searching for an enthusiastic and motivated New Business Advisor to help us welcome new clients and guide them through the initial stages of their legal claims.

What You'll Be Doing

Handling inbound and outbound enquiries across multiple channels Capturing complete and accurate claim details with a business-minded and optimistic approach Engaging with potential clients to secure instructions through persuasive objection handling Assessing claims efficiently and submitting them swiftly Communicating legal and insurance-related advice clearly and professionally Maintaining regular contact to support claim progression and boost client retention Liaising with referrers and third parties to re-engage clients and ensure claim readiness Scheduling rehabilitation and medico-legal appointments Attending weekly team meetings and quarterly one-on-ones to stay aligned with goals

What You'll Bring

1-2 years' experience in a New Client/Claims environment Exceptional communication and listening skills Strong decision-making capabilities and a positive, proactive attitude Target-driven with a focus on conversion and retention Personable, organised, and resilient in fast-paced settings Confidence to act under your own authority on behalf of Bike Assist Legal
